Every business has too much manual work. We automate it away.

The paperwork. The follow-up you meant to send. The same details, typed three times. We find what it’s costing you — then automate it with AI.

Usually it’s hiding in three or four places at once.

“Nobody chased that quote”

“We lost that client — nobody followed up in time”

“It’s 11pm and I’m still doing admin”

We find it. We cost it. We automate it. Three days looking properly. One written plan for what to automate first, priced and ready to go. You own it either way.

Who we work with

Different trades. Same headache.

The tools change. The problem doesn’t: something lands in one place, and a person carries it to another.

These are patterns we keep seeing — not a promise about your numbers. Yours come out of the audit.

      What we fix

Six jobs, in almost every business.

      • Intake & enquiries

Captured once — never retyped, never lost.

      • Booking & reminders

One calendar. Reminders that send themselves.

      • Follow-up & recall

Quotes and recalls chased on schedule, not when there’s time.

      • Quotes & getting paid

Sent on time, chased automatically until it’s paid.

      • Reporting & deadlines

Numbers pulled automatically, not rebuilt by hand.

      • Files & handover

Named, filed and sent to the right person, every time.

      How it works

Three steps. You can stop after the first.

We’d rather sell you one small piece of work that stands on its own, and let it earn the next one.

      The audit

Three days learning how your business actually runs. You get a written map of every manual job we found, costed and prioritised.

We build what’s at the top of the list — fixed scope, fixed price. Live in your business, documented, your team trained.

Genuinely optional. We can keep watching it as you grow — or you already own it outright.

      Hi — I’m Jenn.

I started out fixing this for online stores. Then a restaurant asked me to look at their bookings, and a clinic asked about their patient intake — and the problem turned out to be identical. People doing by hand what a system should have been doing for them.

That’s what Shortcut To Genius is for. Not a new platform, not a migration, not a twelve-month project. I come in, work out where your week is actually going, and build the piece that gives it back.

And if the audit doesn’t find enough to justify what you paid for it, I’ll tell you that too.

      Client names withheld.

      A neighbourhood restaurant

      Before
Bookings across three platforms and the phone, copied into one diary each morning. Invoices retyped weeks late.

      After
One booking view for every channel. Deposits and no-show follow-ups send themselves. Invoices read and filed automatically.

      A medical & wellness clinic

      Before
New-patient intake on paper, re-keyed by reception. Recalls tracked in a spreadsheet only one person kept up.

      After
Intake captured once, before the visit, straight into the practice system. Recalls run on schedule, automatically.

The questions a clinic or a firm asks first.

      • Your data stays yours

Records stay in the systems you already run. We connect them — we don’t migrate them.

      • A human approves it

Anything reaching a patient or client gets signed off by a person first.

      • There’s always an off switch

Your staff can pause anything we build, no call needed. Every action is logged.

      • No lock-in

Documented in plain language. Replace us tomorrow and the next person picks it straight up.

      Straight answers

      Before you book.

Nobody here is technical. Is that a problem?
It’s the normal case. The audit is written for the person who runs the business, not for a developer.
Do we have to replace our software?
Almost never. Your existing tools are usually fine — what’s missing is the connection between them, which your staff are filling by hand right now.
Is our client data going into an AI tool?
Only where you decide it should. Where AI genuinely helps, we’ll tell you exactly what it sees, who approves it, and where it runs.
How long before something actually works?
The audit lands 72 hours after we talk. A first automation is usually live within a week or two — we start with something small enough to finish fast.
Can we just buy the audit and stop there?
Yes, and some people should. It’s a standalone document you own. If your own team can build from it, that’s a good outcome and we’ll say so.
You’ve mostly worked with e-commerce. Why should a law firm hire you?
Because it’s the same problem in different clothes — a store retyping orders and a firm retyping matter details are one issue. Only the vocabulary changes, which is where the audit starts.
